We at Wigs by Rivka hold you in highest regard. We value our relationship with you and the importance you play in our business. We also understand how important it is to capture the essence of your personality in every wig we create, every hairpiece we offer and every product we sell. This contract is intended to provide you with our guarantees and offer the highest level of protections, to honor how much we value you and hope you value us.
We ask that you read this very carefully before signing.
We request that you kindly ask questions if there is something you do not understand or seems unclear. We hope you realize that by keeping to the terms of this Agreement both you, the Buyer (as defined herein) and Wigs by Rivka, the Company (as defined herein), have the basis for an ongoing and hopeful relationship. Together, we are the Parties to this Agreement. Together we are the collaborators of your new wig and hopefully decisions to continue our relationship long into the future.
If there is any reason to think that either Party cannot abide by the terms of the following Agreement, we wish you well and are sorry to lose you.

ALL PURCHASES OF HAIR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE!
Wigs by Rivka HAIR PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Introduction: Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (”Agreement”) with respect to the goods, services and information provided by and through your purchase of any Wigs by Rivka item. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and the Buyer and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information provided by the Company.
Buyer agrees to review this Agreement prior to purchasing anything. Purchase of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement and an understanding of the terms set forth herein
Color/Style/Quality
Buyer understands that every Wigs by Rivka is a specialty item made with specifications to size, shape, quality, style and color which is a labor of love and time intensive. Buyer understands that Wigs by Rivka uses only the highest quality natural human hair which is subject to the nuances of the medium. While Wigs by Rivka shall endeavor to make each Wigs by Rivka piece to the Buyer’s exact and precise specifications, including but not limited to color and style because Wigs by Rivka uses only natural human hair, there can be slight variations in the color just as there would be if the hair were to be Buyer’s own natural hair. The color can oxidize with time, just as human hair and should be understood in that context. The style can change slightly due to weather conditions, changes of season and all variables that affect human hair. As such Wigs by Rivka reserves the right to charge Buyer for any treatments for texture on wigs,subject to the Product Warranty.
Wigs by Rivka does not take responsibility if wig does not curl or hold any specific style as all human hair is different and no style can be guaranteed.
Buyer agrees and understands that Buyer’s absolute love for Wigs by Rivka is of paramount importance to the Company and satisfaction is guaranteed to the extent of and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Product Warranty and the Return Policy.
Wig Cut and Colour Policy
Rivka does not cut or color wigs, Wigs by Rivka does not take responsibility for cut or colour on any of her wigs.
Wigs by Rivka has hairdressers she recommends but does not take responsibility for their work.
Product Warranty
At Wigs by Rivka, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is paramount and our number one priority. All of the items created at Wigs by Rivka are crafted by hand, inspected multiple times to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, therefore resulting in a pleasant experience.
Wigs by Rivka guarantees the workmanship and craftsmanship of each final product for the first nine (9) months post deposit payment and the first six (6) months post deposit payment for sale items against any wear and tear related to the normal use. In the event of damage, Wigs by Rivka will repair any item free of charge in accordance with the following Repair Policy:
Repair Policy
- Any kind of repair that is needed within the first nine (9) months of receipt of the Wig will be free of charge including:
- Removal of Wefts
- Addition of up to three (3) Wefts. Any request for more than three (3) wefts will be charged to Buyer
- Baby Hair Touch-up (not addition)
- Net Adjustments
- Removal of ear pieces
- Tightening of lace
- Hair falling out of skin top
- Any work which alters the defining details of the hair items is NOT INCLUDED. Such work includes but is not limited to:
- Lengthening wig
- Lace
- Changing of cap size
- Velvet tops
WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Washes and Sets are NOT included in the Warranty but can be ordered and paid for separately.
- Servicing of Wigs by Rivka products by anyone other than Wigs by Rivka shall VOID THE WARRANTY IN ITS ENTIRETY (except for cut and color- done by hairdresser specified by Wigs by Rivka)
- Any physical damage to the wig caused by negligence, improper care or attempts at changing or altering the wig outside of Wigs by Rivka will VOID THE WARRANTY IN ITS ENTIRETY
Return Policy
Wigs by Rivka does not offer returns of any hair-containing products. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO BE MADE.
Severability
Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties; and the remaining portions shall remain unaltered and in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in this Agreement is in conflict with any information provided by the company this Agreement shall take precedence. Failure of Wigs by Rivka to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor a waiver of the right to enforce such provision. By placing an order for a wig or any product with Wigs by Rivka, you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement with full clarity and understanding.
ARBITRATION
- Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, should any dispute of whatever nature arise out of or pursuant to this Agreement including without limitation its interpretation or its termination or cancellation for any reason, the parties to such dispute shall meet as soon as possible after such dispute arises in order to attempt to negotiate an amicable settlement of such dispute. Such meeting shall take place at such time and such place as is agreed upon between such parties or, failing such agreement within 30 (thirty) days after all parties to the dispute become aware of such dispute, at the Attorneys. Such negotiations shall be conducted in good faith.
- If such parties are unable to resolve the dispute in question within thirty days after the commencement of the negotiations referred to in 12.1, then the dispute shall, unless the parties to the dispute otherwise agree in writing, be referred for determination in accordance with the remaining provisions of this clause 12.
- The arbitrator shall be MICHAEL STANFRED KARP the senior partner of the firm CRANKO KARP & ASSOCIATES INC or failing him the next most senior partner in the firm.
- The arbitration shall be held at the offices of the Attorneys on a date and at such time as the Arbitrator may decide having taken regard of the convenience of the parties
- The arbitration shall be held on an informal basis and shall decide on such rules as he in his sole discretion deems necessary in order to deal effectively with the arbitration in the matters before him.
- The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be made an order of court of competent jurisdiction.
- This clause constitutes an irrevocable consent by the parties to any proceedings in terms thereof and no party shall be entitled to withdraw therefrom or to claim at any such proceedings that it is not bound by this clause.
- This clause is severable from the rest of this Agreement and shall remain in effect even if this Agreement is terminated for any reason.
- This clause shall not preclude any party from obtaining relief by way of motion proceedings on an urgent basis or from instituting any interdict, injunction or any similar proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction pending the decision of the expert.
- The provisions of the Arbitration Act 1965 as amended, shall not apply in respect of this clause or any other provision of this Agreement.

Basic line does not come with a guarantee
Purchase of Wigs by Rivka basic line includes fitting/altering the size of the cap as well as one set of baby hairs on date of purchase
